Data Deletion
Submit a request
Email jesse@good-judys.com with the subject “Data deletion request.” Include your full name, the email address or phone number used when contacting or subscribing through our site, and which interaction or account the request concerns. Do not send passwords or sensitive identity documents with your initial request.
Verification and timing
We may ask for additional information to verify your identity and confirm that the request matches our records. We normally respond within 30 days after receiving a verifiable request. If more time is reasonably needed, we will explain why. We will send a completion notice when the request has been processed.
Limited exceptions
Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, document consent or an unsubscribe choice, prevent fraud or abuse, protect security, resolve disputes, or establish and defend legal claims. When an exception applies, we will limit retained information to that purpose and explain the outcome of the request.
